For half-day coverage, the booking is based on the schedule, access conditions, and the final deliverables. A deposit confirms the date, and the session details are checked again before the event begins.

During the event, the focus stays on agreed priority moments, guest interactions, speaker and guest portraits, and natural details that tell the story of the day. Venue access and photography rules are confirmed in advance to keep coverage smooth.
After the session, the images are curated, edited, and delivered through a private gallery. Duplicate frames, test shots, and technically unsuitable images are removed during the selection process.
